GREENER is produced with electricity from wind turbines and biogas. Biogas has the advantage that, unlike fossil fuels, it is sustainable. The CO2 emitted by burning biogas is matched by the amount of CO2 that the plants absorbed from the atmosphere when they grew. All in all, this means that the environment is polluted with significantly less CO2.
